"The food was bland, the pasta over cooked and swollen, the sauce flavorless, the garlic, wine, and herbs mentioned non existent. The shrimp was covered in mush and tasted extremely fishy, the tomatoes in the dish were large cubes of flavorless and watery beefsteak tomatoes. Of what we ordered the spaghetti pomodoro with added shrimp, the shrimp scampi (Romana), and the spaghetti in the eggplant Parmesan are as described above. The salads came without the dressing, the side order of garlic bread tasted like it was frozen for five years and then thrown in a toaster. The cake slices were ridiculously slim and short unlike anything I have ever received at any self respecting place. The only thing that tasted semi-ok was the eggplant parmigiana sans pasta with a dash of salt desperately needed. I highly recommend you steer clear if you want authentic Italian, or anything even remotely edible or worth the price. The sauce literally tastes like they boiled tomato paste in water without even adding salt. There was no garlic, basil, or olive oil to speak of, let alone wine. I normally don’t enjoy leaving a bad review for any business, but this was so awful with so many reviews on DoorDash that I needed to rectify that travesty. You can’t trust reviews when the people leaving them have no taste or standards. Purchase and eat at your own risk!"

"The hostess seated us right away. For breakfast, we had the option of a buffet or ordering from the menu, and we chose to order from the menu. Healthy options are clearly marked, and I opted for the avocado and poached egg on toast. Our meals arrived within 20 minutes and were served hot. While the menu prices are in line with what you'd expect at a Waldorf Astoria, they feel a bit high for the Orlando area."

"The worst food I've attempted to eat in years. I can't believe the lack of quality the food was. Waiter was wonderful when he actually had time to stop at our table. Not his fault the establishment was under staffed. He did the utmost best he could considering the circumstances he was stuck in. Spent $76 on 2 meals and 2 glasses of wine one beer and one Dr pepper. I would of been better off getting a tv dinner. Food was cold and nothing was fresh except the wine lol"

"We ordered all you can eat soup and salad. Initial service was fast. After we got our drinks it took awhile to get any of our food. Bread sticks were tough and it was 5pm so early in the dinner service. After our salad was empty and bowl removed we did not get another bowl till we saw her and asked for it. Very clean environment and we will probably try again."

"They installed our split system this morning and we were very happy with their service. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. They were relaxed and understanding about our dogs barking at them which was a relief because I was anxious about that. The installation was surprisingly quick and they even removed our old gas heater and AC unit for us which we thought we would have to hire an extra service to do, so it felt like very good value for money. Would definitely recommend them to anyone"

Her name is Tonya and she is the best server we've ever had. She was amazing all the way around! She had a great personality and was very friendly. "We were here yesterday at 5:00 for dinner. The food was fine but the service was somewhat slow but I could tell the servers were scrambling so that’s fine but what was EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to see was while waiting upfront to get a table we watched 5 girls at the reception desk standing around doing nothing and using their cell phones while the rest of the staff worked. This is ridiculous to see especially when I saw the manager come up to the desk looking at the display and ignoring the fact that 5 girls were doing NOTHING and the servers were working hard."

"This location has the best food on Delmarva. Usually the service is great. However, last week I had the snappiest to go person. I believe her name was Aza or Aze. She came to my car and said, “ I hope you know it’s going to be about 2 hours . She was snappy and had a bad attitude for customer service. I ordered my food which she was annoyed because she was trying to convince us not to order. Eventually, I called back and canceled our order which consisted of two shrimp Alfredo’s add chicken) I decided to cancel my order because I did not want my dinner ruined on my feelings after such rude customer service I gave 4 stars because I always get great service here and the food is always delicious. Apparently Aze has not became accustomed to the great customer service of this location yet."

"I don't like pasta so much, but my mother wanted to go here because she loves it. We went on a Monday during the day, so it was not very well occupied, which is understandable. I had a steak because I didn't want pasta and most options are pastas. It was a good steak, but it was quite small and came anyway with pasta. I also ordered a mixed drink from here, and it took almost as long as the food arrived, which was somewhat absurd, but it at least tasted good. The waitress who served us was polite and fast, although she seemed to be stressful. Overall a pretty good experience."

"Worked all day, Skipped Lunch, So decided to have a late Dinner , What a Disaster !..The Waitress needs to be Re-Trained, ...Inattentive, Rude, Un -Professional, There was only 1 person seated at the counter, So I figured I`d sit there as it was only Myself,...MISTAKE !..Seemed like I was a Burden to Her , After my meal was served, I never saw Her again...I had to ask another Waitress for a Refill on my drink, Then I noticed My waitress was conversing with the other wait staff in the corner, Then when She FINALLY showed up, I had a Question, She was too busy going thru Her purse, Her reply was Wait !....I passed on eating the Breadsticks, as I`m dieting..She admonished me for not eating them, I tried to tell Her that I did`nt want them in the first place, But that She took off so quickly after I ordered She didn`t give Me time...What a Rude Woman !...Looks like it`s back to Piccolino Restaurant for Me...."

"Between the pleasant environment, friendly and attentive staff, and the good food I always leave this olive garden very pleased with my dining experience! We always asks to be seated on Kristin's section because we very much appreciate her attention to detail and her amazing ability to always, without fail, anticipate our needs! And in my opinion, having such a courteous and thoughtful server is most often the one thing that can cause a dining experience that is just good, to go from good to EXCELLENT! All of those reasons why we are always very thankful for Kristin. Next time your there ask for Kristin, all the staff is attentive and helpful, but you WILL NOT regret making the small request to sit in Kristin's section. The food is always good, and I'm always pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food arrived. All in all, with the ongoing level cleanliness the restaurant maintains, food that is always delightful and prompt not you mention very reasonably priced, and a staff that seems to really enjoy making sure you enjoy your meal, and because of all these things I don't hesitate to say this is one of the best olive garden locations that I have ever been to."
