"Hostess staff and overall ambiance of this restaurant could stand an upgrade given the hype and the menu prices. Host was squirrelly and unkept. Lighting is too bright. No candlelight on tables, harsh lighting and no music contribute to the lack of ambiance and explain why the customers on a Saturday evening are primarily senior citizens. That said, the crab avocado stack was very delicious. We were not impressed by the presentation or the taste of the chicken marsala or the chicken parmigiana. The fresh green beans were good. The highlight of the meal was the excellent dessert selection. The Death by Chocolate Cake and the Chocolate Cheesecake Bar were huge and absolutely fabulous!!!! With a few adjustments, this restaurant could be excellent."

"Do not be led astray by the name of this place and get the Kimchi Bulgogi Cheesesteak. What a great week to be the Cheesesteak guy!! This was the third amazing Cheesesteak this week. This Cheesesteak has hot sauce on it. I went boldly into this Christmas Eve day and got the hot sauce and I am glad I did. I did not love the $9.25. I do wish this was a bigger Cheesesteak because it was awesome and I want it more. Nice enough people. Very good overall experience."

"Visiting NYC and came upon this fabulous place. The chicken was delicious…tender and flavorful. Many choices of sides from decadent Mac cheese to health Brussels sprouts. All the food was fresh and well prepared. We went here twice and even later in the evening at 8:30 the food looked very fresh. The staff was fast and friendly. And all this for a reasonable price. This is definitely on our go-to list for our visits to New York."

"Excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and greeted me as son as I walked in. My mother only speaks Spanish and they were able to accommodate me since the entire staff is Hispanic. The lines are long but the staff moves fast to try to get everyone in and out. If you're stuff is good people will wait, and I believe the lines are long because their selection and quality is fresh and amazing. They allow you to customize your cakes but like any business have to keep details within reason in order to avoid mistakes and unhappy customers. They get a five out of five stars for great service, quality products and great selection."

"Long overdue review. The cowboy cookies are the best I have ever had. Hands down we stop here every time we pass through. This is a must and requirement on our road trips. You can order cakes ahead of time. They have mini cheesecakes perfect for pooping in your mouth. The apple crumb cake had good flavor and was ate up super fast around my house. The staff are friendly and will accommodate any order even bake things same day if you want."
