"Poor service and management. Seems as if they can't handle busy nights which translates into poor customer service. We waited 25 minutes for our reservation and left after another 25 minutes after not being offered water or alcoholic beverages. The male server that was in charge of our area repeatedly scanned the area and decided to not even acknowledge us. On the way out we asked the parties around us how they were doing and they explained that they ordered 1+ hour earlier and were still waiting for their food. No Aloha from or for this restaurant."
