"Loved our Lunch at Landry’s We chose Landry’s for our special 35th anniversary lunch. We made reservations for around noon on a Sunday and had no problems being seated right away. Our server, Shelby was fantastic, attentive and helpful throughout our meal. The menu had plenty of offerings across the seafood, steak, and chicken spectrum, leaning more heavily to seafood options given that is what they are known for. Fresh garlic-buttered bread was on our table in no time, followed shortly by a nice shrimp cocktail to start. Our mains consisted of the chicken mushrooms and the Sirloin steak dinner, accompanied by house salads. The salads were fresh and crispy. The mains were cooked as expected. My steak was tender and juicy, accompanied by a generous portion of mashed potatoes. In honor of our anniversary, Shelby offered us a choice from the assortment of desserts. Some were fully comped, and some were offered for a heavily discounted price. We chose the wonderful chocolate cake…and it was excellent! Overall, a very good lunch for our special occasion."
