"The food was disappointing and not clearly described on the menu. The calamari was coated in sauce, which was unexpected and not to our liking. When we told the waitress, she just said it was a popular dish and walked away. The risotto was overly salty, and the scallops were bland. The service was rushed, with our main course arriving quickly after our appetizers. Overall, the experience was overpriced and underwhelming. I would not recommend or return to this restaurant."

"in total, opposite the tail end of our dining room experience, everything was ruined, we were there for our 27 high-time day ended out of it completely deserted and embarrassing. the manager accused me, bcos their system from whatever reason shown that I don't pay when I showed them an entrance from their system of payment. I could not convince them for all the time, I think the manager were motivated by racism-Becos, they would not leave the question going away, even if I offered to give them another card, under a condition that they write to me that the other accused did not refuse by them bcos they were not sure bad service overall a zero not going there more I was a regular parade of them since they opened in the seaport. they ruined everything together one of my worst experiences."

"Calamari appetizer was delicious with an Asian fusion twist. Very lightly breaded and sautéed to perfection. The Lobster Bisque soup was gourmet with big chunks of lobster. Yum! The Chilean Sea Bass was light and fresh. The Blackened Red Snapper was well seasoned and enjoyed the palenta base. The Lobster Tail was tasty with clarified butter and asparagus. Dessert was the perfect end to celebrating a birthday by sharing creme brulee with raspberries blueberries and peanut butter cup pie. Justin was an incredible server; he described every menu item, answered our questions and timed our courses perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful evening! We’ll definitely be back"

"this was our first visit to ocean prime and it will not be our last. from the moment we went into the door, the staff was so friendly and attentive. our server kathleen was amazing that our entire visit and eating was phenomenal! we celebrated our jubilee. not only wished us all a happy jubilee, there were rose petals on the table, complementary champagne toast and dessert. we didn't expect anything, but it didn't just increase our experience. will come back in any case!"

"Everything was good until I received my food. I ordered the lamb chops I could only eat 2 out of the 4 I was give because the lamb chops had so much fat on them. I made my concern known to the waiter and she informed me the chef would make me 2 more. We received the bill and our to go bag to get home with no lamb chops for $61 I was livid. I won’t be back because of this issue."

"We had a very bad experience, the food was so greasy! We ordered the food and when we were done, we wanted to order dessert, the server told us that the kitchen is closed! I have never been to a restaurant that close for desserts even if they are already closed for food! "That had the best seafood... Fish n Chips (I had this dish from many places on the coast from Fort Bragg to San Diego) was perfectly fried and did not feel too heavy or greasy. Service was excellent! From the search for the menu and the search for other options they were reasonable in price and the maître d' offered a free appetizer and the last window seat (Freakin DOPE). The server (like a reincarnation by Dean Martin gave my children a small Abalone scarf and told them where to look for sardines and even otters, seals had to see. They were on the point and very attentive to refilling. Food came surprisingly fast and was fresh from the grill and from the fryer. The waiter informed me (on the question why I recognized the ship and crew images from the baths) that they knew their King Crab from the 'Time Bandit' ya from Deadliest Catch on Discovery Channel. He also pointed out that the ships in the port receive other seafood. Oh and Tiramisu was probably the best I had."
