"I am not satisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I have been a customer for 6 years and placed a pizza order over the phone. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived on time, provided my name, and was prepared to pay. However, the young man serving me went to check on my order and returned without saying anything. It became apparent that my pizza was not ready. After waiting for 5 minutes, he asked me if I wanted a drink instead of addressing the pizza situation. When I inquired about my order, he informed me that it would take an additional 15 minutes. I asked him if they had forgotten to submit the order, and he admitted that they had indeed forgotten. I am extremely disappointed that I had to leave without receiving my order and that the staff did not take responsibility for their mistake. Mistakes happen, but this lack of accountability reflects poorly on the management."
