"Made a reservation for outdoor dining, showed up and was told “I know you made a reservation for outside but we don’t take reservations for outside.” I understand places get busy and mistakes get made but what bothered me was that they couldn’t have cared any less. We said we were willing to wait if they could give us a time range but they couldn’t even do that. They just kind of stared at us and were totally unhelpful. Bad customer service. Never actually ate there."
