"I give the Chingalingas restaurant five stars. The Holy Guacamole tastes like a mix of canned guacamole and fresh avocados. The last time I ordered it, it was all fresh. If it's too expensive to make, they should reduce the portion size. As a Mexican, I would prefer a small serving of fresh guacamole over canned. I would gladly pay $12+ for a small portion of fresh guacamole."
