"Friendly and nice locally owned cafe. I ordered here on door dash for months before I finally went in person and I rolled up to the drive thru and met a super friendly dude who may be the owner. He’s super friendly and made sure everything was delicious before I left. The only negative I have is they used to have this banana coffee and I don’t see it on the menu! But seriously haven’t been disappointed by anything and delivery is always fast, even though their non-app site where you can tip the actual employees and not give extra money to door dash. Glad I found this cafe!"

"I have the pfirsich mango tea, and his BEST tee-ive had ever! better than kung fu tea! the taste is strong and even if the ice melts its still delicious! I even brought my sister here, and she agreed to the best tee she had ever had, and we visited a tonne blase depots. I tried the birthday cake macaron and it was delicious. 2.50 is a big price for it! I would like to try a new tee next time"

"loves this nice caffe in el segundo. very dog friendly with sitting on the main street or its beautiful back terrace with plants, well wall painting is a peaceful option has warm afternoon sun on a cool day. all baked look fantastic. we have pumpkin bats, not excessively sweet. lemon muffin muffin berry crumbs were both tasty satisfied the sweet tooth. Perfect if they pick someone at the lax in the early morning or throw it off. we have been happy with parking rt above, but there are simply street parkings all over the street. baristas are friendly. in the inner has beautiful brick walls art. el segundo himself has rare little town feeling that is so beautiful for la."

"Great location but prices are nuts. This is really a “depends on the day” cafe and an overpriced Bigfoot Java, “cafe in a box” cisco-quality wise. It can be incredibly, almost confusingly slow especially considering just how many people may be behind counter. VERY expensive for a coffee shop and point system is moot at best. About $7 for a plain 16oz coldbrew is laughable even with the “waterfront tax.” Some of staff can be very lovely making up for the “you are bothering me” mainstays. Dont expect bakery quality pastries (pretty generic as the bar is pretty low around here except possibly Proctor’s Olympic Coffee — GREAT pastries, likely from Macrina/Seattle).There are no other choices at Pt. Ruston so they have that niche, I applaud them."

"I've been coming here for years and always enjoyed the coffee and baked goods. Sadly something has changed, I went three times this past weekend and each time, something was wrong or missed completely. Hoping that I hit a bad day as it was a fairly busy weekend. I skipped the rest of the weekend and came back early in the week. It was very quiet and was only my daughter and I in line. Simple request, one decaf coffee one regular black coffee and a latte, with a chocolate chip muffin, a glazed coffee roll and an everything bagel toasted with egg and sausage. Even though a sign on the cash register said decaf coffee, I was told they didn't have any. The everything bagel was not toasted even though I made a point of requesting toasted. The chocolate chip muffin was not added to the order. I had to request it again and was given a double chocolate chip which would have been okay except that at this point. So many other things were wrong and taking a long time, easily 12 minutes. There were more than six people behind the counter but most were standing and look confused."

"Love this place! The cupcakes were so most and delicious, and the atomsphere highlights a familial hearth with the warm furniture, yet soft decor. It’s also very cheap compared to the average coffee store and the cupcakes are all very solid, very worth every buck you spend on it! It’s super reminiscent of those small cafes you would find New York City, and visit for quick small treats like these. I got “The Ballerina” which can be dauntingly sweet, however coupled with the coffee it all balanced out. I give them 3.5/5 seperately, but a 5/5 all together. Staff was super nice and place was so cozy. I recommend this to all cupcake lovers and those in Renton looking for a more antique, vintage decorated coffee shop that will truly bring you a piece reminiscent of your home as well. If Boona Boona and Refuel Cafe has some of the best coffee in Renton, I’d say this place has some of the best cupcakes!! Love the plants by the way! And it is definitely one of the cheaper coffee stores in Renton as well."
