"If you are in the Ponca City area, this is a must have! Never has a business accommodated me so much as The Perk did today. I was starving and was asking how they made several different foods so I wouldn't blow the Whole30 diet that I have been faithful on for 2 1/2 weeks. Becky rocked and made me a salad with grilled chicken and balsamic/oil. She didn't HAVE to try to work on finding something but she consistently helped til we found something doable! Thanks again Becky! I will be in there at least weekly if not twice weekly (maybe more shhhh . Oh and the coffee black was YUMmmmazing!!!!!"
