"I ordered pizzas for a group of teen boys for 1:30 delivery before they had to zip line at 2pm.It is currently 1:52. No pizza. Hungry boys. I ordered this morning about 4-5 hours ago, tipped 20%. No food. Apparently they are busy. I realize that I am writing this at the peak of frustration, but if they knew about my order hours ago, they should be able to plan. Failure to manage that is a poor business practice. The manager had to answer my call, twice. She was nice and all, but that didn't solve the situation. I will edit if the boys are able to eat it"
