"We booked Frolik for Christmas Eve after a day of roaming around downtown. It happened to be one of the few places with reservations available. We weren’t sure what to expect. Well, the food was fabulous! We each had something different and ended up eating off of each other’s plates. The service was excellent as well. Thank you for making our Christmas Eve special."

"Eating here is amazing! and 9 out of 10 times the service is incredible. The prices are on the high side, but not too high for the vineyard, and you are really high quality food for the cost. I save this place for special occasions like birthdays and anniversary, but they also do a really big $5 Burger night on Sunday. So basically something for everyone and a strong pour on drinks:D"

"We had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, it was unbelievable. I brought my son and my elderly mother for lunch. We sat down and realized there was food stuck on two of the forks and the knives were sticky and blotchy with food or oil and my plate had some dried reddish food stuck on it. So we asked the waitress for new flatware and plates, she walked away did not say anything to us she just turned and walked away rudely. The busboy came by and took the dirty things and placed down new flatware that was also dirty! He said it went through the dishwasher. We didn’t feel comfortable staying so we got up and left. On the way out we spoke to the host behind the bar and told him what happened, he said “alright”. It was unbelievable no “I’m sorry” or anything! Then he said everything was washed through the dishwasher. I then said “that may be true but the flatware had dried food on it. Would you eat with that?” I couldn’t believe it! The service does not deserve a rating the people working are extremely rude! Will NOT go back."

"Early Valentine's Day dinner really nice outdoor dining area and beautiful indoor dining room service was top notch offered her a prefix Valentine's Day dinner of 4 courses we started with a few oysters with a cava mignonette delish! We could have had a dozen oysters! In addition to the vodka martinis that we had (filled with blue cheese olive option), the nice bar manager poured a complementary glass of sparkling lambrusco, which went well with the oysters and the beet carpaccio with burrata and herbal salad. My husband ordered meerrot duck breast for his entree and I ordered the flower encrusted NY Strip Steak both were good, but a bit oddly boiled I wanted medium rare and the steak was at one end closer medium, but medium rare at the other end. We finished the meal with a beautiful chocolate oper cake. The setting is great, service wonderful we would come back!"

"Great ambiance and decent food but very mediocre service. First half of dinner was great but seemed like we were forgot about after we received apps. Numerous tables surrounding us were seated after us and finished dinner before we even got our entrees. We had to ask an other server to check on our dinner. Once the food was delivered, it was clear it had been ready for awhile by the time it was brought to us. Overall not impressed with our first experience but would probably give a second chance."

"Beautiful food, beautiful space, great cocktails. We said we were there for cocktails and snacks but felt quite pressured by staff to order more. They came back and checked in too many times and pressured us to order more food, felt quite awkward about it as we were already spending quite a bit and not all of our friends were hungry. I don’t think I’d come back for just cocktails but I would for dinner. A shame about that pressured service. Food was delicious. I love love loved the shrimp."

"We made reservations for my husband's birthday and when we arrived, the restaurant was closed indefinitely. There is nothing on their social media pages, website, or even signage out front to indicate the closure. The only reason we knew was because a security guard for another restaurant nearby told us. We had to find a new place to go at the last minute. Horrible experience."

"This was our first time in the Stem Wine Bar. I took my father here before I went to his birthday dinner (next door at Seed). We booked before the time on Open Table so they were aware that we were celebrating a birthday. The menus had happy birthday at the top. It was a nice touch and I found it so funny my father was as confused as they knew it was his birthday. We both enjoyed the Napa Valley Wine Flight fried artichokes with lemonaioli. We love that this is so close to our neighborhood and we will definitely be back!"
