"The restaurant's description on Open Table and Google is not accurate. The seating in the lobby is considered part of the restaurant before 10 AM, which is not mentioned online. This also means there is a different menu available during this time. Unfortunately, the staff did not care to help us or accommodate our reservation. The receptionist at the hotel front desk was rude and unhelpful when we asked for directions to the restaurant. It was clear that our presence was not appreciated, so we decided to cancel our reservation. We were disappointed as we had high expectations for this restaurant. We hope that the service at this location improves in the future."
