"5 stars for decor, 2 stars for food and service. But decor does not make up for boring, overpriced food. First, let me just say to the staff, that you never know who you'll be serving, so keep on your toes at all times. I'm not going to critique the menu, nor the service, but I will say this: it's a great little restaurant to meet up with friends for coffee and a treat, but its not a place I'd ever go for a good food. The chef does nothing special with the basic, limited foods offered on the menu. Breakfast is the cheapest, easiest, most fun meal to create, which made my experience at Aunt Belle's even more disappointing. They could do a lot better than a $7.00, ten inch buttermilk pancake that tasted nothing like a buttermilk pancake. And I have to add that the coffee was so strong it could've taken the wax off the floor. Anna's House now that's a breakfast!"
