"The restaurant is nice and clean with fast service. However, I encountered a few issues. I had trouble finding a parking space, as it seemed like the parking was primarily used by customers of other nearby restaurants. Additionally, the credit card machine did not accept subway gift cards or two of my credit cards. The cashier also insisted that there was nothing wrong with the machine!"

"The oven-roasted turkey sandwich had too much mayonnaise and tomatoes, which were not supposed to be in it. The sprite and two chocolate chip cookies were also missing. This was my first time experiencing such terrible service at this location. My daughter couldn't even eat her sandwich because of the excessive mayonnaise."

"This restaurant is located in a gas station at the corner of Beech Daily and 5 Mile. The staff at the Subway here are some of the nicest people you could ever meet! They are friendly and always willing to help. You can't help but notice the smiles on their faces when you approach the counter!"

"This is my favorite Subway shop to go to in Palm Bch County. I actually pass at least 3 others on my way to this one. I have never had a bad experience, the food is always fresh and to me, its made better by the staff, (bread is always soft and portions are just right and tuna never looks watery unlike the one on Westgate and Military, which is no more than 5 mins from my home). Staff is always pleasant and its centrally located."

"I am genuinely impressed with how badly the messed up the simple stuff. Its pretty obvious they used a 6inch portion of the protein on my footlong. Two pieces of bacon, one per half, and barely enough Grilled Chicken to make one think there was meat on the sandwich. Sauce? Im pretty sure thet just described sauces to the bread while thinking about it really strongly and hoping it would impart the flavor. The funniest mistake? No cheese. Not sure how you screw that up. Im not going to buy "We were out of American Cheese" as an excuse since franchises of Subway know its the most common ingredient and always have to have it on hand. What Ive learned is its worth my time and money to drive to the Subway at Ofallon Square instead of ever ordering from this place again. It is edible, so 2/5, but definitely not going to ignore the myriad of negative reviews from this place again."

"I purchased a sandwich and realized at the register that I had forgotten my wallet. The manager kindly gave us the sandwich and told us to pay later when we returned. We were in a rush to attend a basketball game, but he reassured us not to hurry. What a great guy. 5 stars for customer service. I settled the bill after the game. Amazing."

"I was waiting in line like the rest of the customers, and once it was another guys turn, the worker told him to go to the back of the line because he had 5 subs to order. He waited in line like the rest of us and was made to go to the back, I think it was totally rude and uncalled for. Next customer should be the next customer. They need to hire better staff and/or teach their staff how to be polite and how to make subs faster if that was the issue, which I don't see what else it could have been other than them knowing they worked slow. Won't be coming back."
