"Probably my favorite dining experience in New Orleans and that 's a huge deal. It 's harder to find a bad place to eat than it is to find a good place. This is the best in my opinion. Especially for greasy, diner, hangover food. The debris fries would be my choice if I were to ever go on 'The Best Thing I 've Ever Ate '. The fries are crisp and there is tons of cheese but the debris is really where at.it 's at. Its truly a trip to flavor town. I 've tried a few other menu items but I always start with debris fries and a **** Mary. I always take whoever I 'm with there and they always agree that it 's fantastic. Do yourself a favor and while you 're browsing the market, cross the street for a hell of a good food experience.
