"I’ve been to Harley’s several times and unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. The rib appetizer was the best part of our meal. The steaks were not flavorful and not worth the price. The short rib was ok but not up to their standard. The scallops were good, not great and were a bit more fishy than I like. The service was a bit slow. In addition, they called to make my reservation 15 min later because of too many reservations around the same time. They sat us in the bar area and it felt like we were at a local dive bar because of the rowdy group of guys watching a basketball game. For the money we were spending, I felt we were robbed of conversation with our group. I have to say I will need to take a break from spending my money there."
