"One of the very best cafe mochas I've had anywhere. And my colleague very much enjoyed his Hall Street Late, which is flavored with vanilla and hazelnut. Their coffee comes from Grand Rapids Coffee Roasters. I've been told that Wealthy Street Bakery has the same owners and baked goods."

"Amazing food, drinks, and customer service. We live around the corner and come here all the time to study and work during the day. Fairly busy on the weekends but we've never had a problem finding a table. They have tables outside as well when we feel like bringing our dog. The danishes are my favorite of their selection of pastries. Their sandwiches and pizzas are also top notch for lunch and dinner."

"Go through the area and decided to try the cheese steak and cheeseries. The service here is great from the charts. It is rare to see in these days a business going so far to give a simple traveler so great service. The prices are very reasonable and the food was very good. Definitely a stop to add to your trip when in the area."

"Our waitress, Serene, was the poorest representative Chompies could ask for. We asked for matzo instead of bread. We were told we would have to buy a box as they won’t serve it in place of bread. This was during Passover. We asked for the manager who claimed Serene had been off for several days and didn’t know that matzo was served during Passover. The manager should have trained her employee!! The manager brought some matzo, however the soup came with rye bread. We asked for pickles which are usually placed on the table. Serene informed us we would have to make a special request since they only serve them upon a very special request now. After asking 4 times for yellow mustang Serene finally brought it. CHOMPIES HAS LOST 4 FORMER CUSTOMERS AS WELL AS EARNING A GREAT DEAL OF VERY NEGATIVE WITD OF MOUTH CONVERSATION. WE WERE PART OF A 20-30 PERSON DINNER GROUP WHO ATE A CHOMPIES EVERY MONTH. CHOMPIES NO LONGER HAS OUR BUSINESS. YOUR MRW OWNERS HAVE DESTROYED YOUR BUSINESS."

"awesome new york style deli. my wife and I tried this place for the first time 6/6/22. eating and service surpassed our expectations. our server was tina, she took the time to explain menu points and was super fast to get eat out and refill drinks. tina was very helpful! we ordered Pierogi?s, the homemade knuckles and sweet acid filled hollow rolls for appetizers. ordered their famous reubs for the main course. you have to try this place, you will not be disappointed!"
