"Need to point out the unprofessional treatment I received at this location in the Drakes at Paddock shops. Let me begin by saying that I live less than a quarter mile from the location and I am in the restaurant twice a week. I typically bring my work associates with me so I spend roughly $150-200 dollars a week there. This evening I came in with my co-worker and my wife and ordered approximately $140 dollars of food and drinks. During the visit a bill for $70 was slipped in front of me without explanation which I assumed was the bartender leaving for the evening and wanting to get paid for her service. approximately two hours into the evening the bartender said that this was a previous bill that was not paid by me. I told her that I had no problem paying the bill but that this should have been brought to my attention previously. This was an honest mistake as the last time in was in I was with two co-workers and we each thought that we paid the bill. She then brought the manager over who was who said he didnt explain what happened because he was trying to be discrete. I found this offensive as this assumes I would not have paid my bill intentionally. When I tried to explain this the manager on duty he became argumentative instead of being understanding. I then said I had no problem paying the bill and the previous bill but explained that I had ordered food almost an hour ago and it was not delivered. (I am assuming they did not bring it thinking I was going to leave without paying again instead of having a conversation. He said he would bring it, when he did I gave it away to the gentlemen next to us. At this point it was not about the food. I ended up paying both bills but said I would not leave a tip because of how we were treated. The manager then came over and said that me and my co-worker had to leave because we were rude to the bartender. I believe I have an option to leave a tip or not based on how I am treated and tonight I was treated poorly in this location. I typically spend $300-400 dollars a month in the location as I live so close but probably will not be doing that going forward. I am a regional manager running 20 retail locations doing business in Kentucky and know what good customer service looks like. This was not it. Hopefully I will hear back from the general manager of this location."

"Just had a fabulous lunch at Drakes in Brannon Ctossing.I must say that when you go here, you need to request Miranda as your server. Miranda was spot-on with everything. Great personality, extensive knowledge of the menu, and her service was top notch.I had the BBQ Bacon Burger. This delicious burger was topped with a very rich BBQ sauce, onion petals, bacon and lettuce and tomato. Great flavor and you could taste each layer of scrumpdullyishousness in your mouth. Included one side and I selected their crinkle cut 'Drakes Fries ' which were cooked to perfection. Crispy and hot.My friend had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. This is his favorite and he never even looks at the menu when he goes here. It 's his standing order.Previously I have had the Juicy Lucy burgers which are sliders. (You can never go wrong with these either)Also check out their incredible salads!The hardest thing about going here is deciding on going with what you know is good, or trying something new.Wide selection of menu items to please the pickiest eaters.Unfortunately, I did not get any photos today, but I guarantee you will want to return again and again.The only bad thing about Drakes is that they do not have a location in Richmond, KY (yet). Hopefully this will change very soon. Richmond needs a Drakes and Drakes needs Richmond!"

"I had the barbeque burger, and it was HANDS DOWN the best burger I have ever had. The sweet potatoes waffle fries were great too. They had about 50 different beers on tap, and I had the West Sixth IPA, made right in Lexington. I wish we had Drake's back home! The service was great too. "My family had dinner at this restaurant today. Overall, our experience was awful. Our waitress, Kelsey, not only had a bad attitude but also got our orders wrong and was caught taking a shot with the bartender while they were working. She was rude and unpleasant every time she spoke to us. When we asked for something to be fixed, she seemed uninterested in correcting it. It felt like she was more focused on flirting with my uncle than properly serving our table."

"Went with my wife on a Saturday. Place was packed when we got there and was told it was a 2-hour wait for a table. We found two seats at the bar and a half an hour later a table was ready for us. We liked the bartenders so we stayed at the bar. They were so busy at one point they had to stop taking orders for the kitchen. We weren't in a hurry so it was fine. I thought it was cool they were upfront and told us to make sure we knew what was going on. They have a really good beer menu lots of selection on tap and look like good drinks all around. I like the table top 90 or 100 oz tubes that people can get to pour your own. I've seen those several years ago but has been a while. The food was amazing. You wouldn't think a bar would have good sushi but this was really really good sushi for a great price. And the staff was awesome as well. No complaints what so ever. Look forward to going back. And it looks like kids are allowed to. We saw a few tables with kids."

"I went for lunch and sat in the bar area with open garage style doors. The space was nice and clean with an interesting menu featuring beer, burgers, and sushi. The service was friendly and the burgers with crispy fries were really yummy. However, the prices were a bit high for what you get. "From start to finish, the customer service at this restaurant was top-notch. It was an exceptional experience. Our server, Will, was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for the food. Despite being busy with other tables, he made us feel like we were the only guests in the restaurant by constantly refilling our drinks and checking in on us. I highly recommend asking for Will when you dine here. The food was absolutely delicious. The chef's cooking skills were outstanding, and I would definitely recommend trying the bacon tots."

"Beautiful venue and and very good bar style food. The drinks were cold and reasonably priced. The food was excellent well prepared and very well seasoned. The service was fast and super friendly.The only flaw and the reason for the low atmosphere score was based upon the rule that you can not order singles or doubles (but you can get them on the rocks) on a UK game night. It was evident by the large number of younger mostly male customers why they had to have that rule as they appear to have allowed the game day culture to get a little out of hand. Would definitely recommend going on a non game night."

"Stopped in for an early dinner and a couple of drinks recently. Draft system was completely down. That happens. But the bottle/can beer list is so short you can count it on less that two hands, and that 's including mainstream beers. What was worse, though, was the Chick 'N and Waffles. If you have a dish on the menu called Chick 'N and Waffles, and the chicken is made from seitan (wheat gluten), then don 't call it Chick 'n and Waffles on the menu. Call is seitan and waffles. True, it mentions seitan in the dish description. But If you saw fish and chips on the menu, you 're pretty much going to assume the fish is, well, frigging fish, right? Same here. Chicken and Waffles should. Be. Chicken. And. Waffles."
