"Total disaster. Our party of three adults and two kids had to wait a ridiculous length of time for water, bread and drinks to arrive. Husband 's pasta and one kid 's meal were delivered in the meanwhile. Those two were almost finished eating by the time the (amiable but overwhelmed or simply incompetent server came back to deliver the other kid 's meal and adult daughter 's salad with tuna, and to report that the prime rib I 'd ordered was off the menu and no longer available. (So, why not tell me that when I ordered, hmm? The bottle of wine we 'd ordered never did show up, but at least we weren 't charged for that. The filet (ordered to-go as replacement for the unavailable prime rib was cooked medium-well+ instead of medium-rare+. Never again, Firebirds Short Pump."
