"The waffle lab was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint!! I had the smoked salmon cream cheese waffle. My husband had the blue sky breakfast waffle and my daughter had the chocolate waffle. Everything was amazing! We will be back!"

"Horrible terrible awful experience. Ordered waffle French toast and it came out as a claggy sponge. Sent it back and the condescending manager tried to tell us we don’t know what a waffle should be. We literally have the same (industrial) waffleiron at home and make them often, so we know what it should be. Manager sent us two plain waffles as a replacement and they wereso undercooked that it became raw batter if pinched. Chef tried to bring out “extra crispy” which had the same problem.Manager then told us he was sick of our theatrics and to “get out” and “learn to be a reasonable customer” which left meshocked. Will never be returning and will spread the word about how rude the manager was and how awful the food was."
