"Service was excellent from employee communication was excellent facilities were exceptionally clean. All employees had great settings and the manager came through two or three times during the entire process and was very warm to everyone in the store. The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely two thumbs and a five-star experience. Congratulations to the metro at Mount Vernon to make fast food a pleasant experience."

"was immediately sat on a Tuesday on the Tavern side at 19 o'clock. ambiance there was okay, very sport pub that I think is the goal of this page anyway. Chicken piccata and fried mozzarella were delicious, but the portions are extremely small for the price, as others mentioned. melon sangria was much too sweet and thick and tasted just like melone and simple sirup. the beeping cheesecake was incredible! our server was nice, but she hastened us so much from the beginning to the end. it was like 19 o'clock and it's not like others waited for one table. she asked twice to sit within 3 minutes of us when we were ready to order drinks. she took our food and drink orders at the same time. the appetizer came out within 5 minutes and before we could even take a second bite, our escaped. the second we ate came by and said, "for the one ready for it"? we never dessert or offered another round drinks, we had to ask for a dessert menu. after the dessert, she just fell out of the shook without asking if we wanted something else. She saw she didn't care to sell her, she just wanted us out. later we noticed a special plaque that she never mentioned. overall experience in the subsupply. I really liked eating, so I would probably give them another chance, but hopefully next time we have a server that is not in such a hurry to push us out."

"I received great customer service at this location. I stopped in for lunch because I had a promotional coupon. There was an issue with the register accepting the coupon, and a line of customers had developed as my sub was being made. I said I would just pay for my sandwich and get a drink and chips as well, even though that wasn 't part of the promotion. I did not realize the employee assisting me was the manager on duty, and he insisted that I grab a bag of chips, a large drink and the sub I ordered and would not accept my cash. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to keep them in mind next time I was hungry for a sandwich. It was a great gesture I thought. Few days later I needed a quick but filling lunch again, so I stopped by for another sub. This time I asked for it to be made with the promotional '50% more meat for ¢50 '. My sandwich was made fresh and fast, just like you 'd expect. As I was taking out my wallet to get my money, he asked if I still had the coupon on my phone, that it was being funny but he had an idea, asked if I 'd help him test it again. As the register took the coupon he smiled and told me he fixed it later in the day I had 1st stopped by. He thanked me for my patience and apologized again for any inconvenience. I got 2 delicious sandwiches some extras in 1 week for free. I appreciated the 's I saved for sure, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I recognize and appreciate the attention to detail and the intent to satisfy the customer even more!"

"This place is HANDS DOWN one of the best maintained, managed and personalized subways. You feel like they really leave your own sandwich and are not cheap on the portion sizes. The subway on campus gives about half the amount and calculates the same. The few minutes drive is much less than you spend just being ignored in the campus cafeteria. "Fun apres ski spot. Lots of outdoor tables and the crowd is festive and fun. Great view of the mountain and it’s a good spot to watch the skiers come down. It’s pricey but typical for a ski area. The service is fast and attentive. Good beer selection but the food is just a average. We had the chips and guacamole and chicken fingers and meh."

"my real rating is 3.5 I feel like their food quality is not as good as pre-pandemic. it could be a supply problem. I love their choices and their servers are very good. However, I ordered a day chicken finger and pommes for lunch and it was well dimensioned. then, about a month later, the same order looked quite different. I have ordered a Greek pizza (white, olive, tomato, etc) in the last four months, which was delicious. so the pizza is probably the best to go away and again the beer selection is always good. they also have a take-out beer shop on the side with excellent choices and many!"
