"This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I got the southwest steak wrap to go, which came with chips and a pickle. The presentation was great, but the chips were hard, possibly kettle-cooked, and there wasn't much steak in the wrap. The flavor was good, but it could have used more steak and different chips. The wrap was moist, but the lettuce became soggy. I decided to give it another try on 10/28/22 and ordered the same item. Unfortunately, the steak was no longer sliced, but cubed, tough, and very fatty. I could barely eat any of it. I will not be returning to this establishment."
