"I was in a rush and it was near where I needed to be. I asked how long a sandwich would take. They said 10-15 minutes. It ended up taking 25 minutes, and I ended up being late. If I knew it would take so long, I would have gone somewhere else.I understand places are understaffed, but an honest estimate on how long it would take to make a sandwich would have been nice."
