"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the all-you-can-eat option at Arigatto Sushi, and let me tell you, it was an indulgent feast for the senses. While the prices were slightly on the higher side for sushi, the value you receive is truly worth it if you arrive with a hearty appetite. As I delved into the culinary delights they offered, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the consistently high quality of their offerings.Every bite of sushi I ordered was a true delight. The expert chefs at Arigatto Sushi certainly know their craft, effortlessly crafting delectable rolls that showcased the freshness and skill that goes into their creations. From traditional favorites like California rolls to more adventurous combinations, each piece was a perfect balance of flavors and textures.Aside from the exceptional food, Arigatto Sushi also provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. I gathered with a group of friends, and we spent a delightful evening indulging in great food, engaging conversations, and shared laughter. The interior of the restaurant exuded a cool and clean ambiance, contributing to a memorable dining experience. However, I must note that the service at Arigatto Sushi was decent but not exceptional. There was a noticeable wait to be seated, and during our meal, the staff didn’t check in on us frequently. Nevertheless, the outstanding quality of the food overshadowed this minor inconvenience, leaving us completely satisfied. If you’re seeking a place to enjoy exceptional sushi in a trendy setting, Arigatto Sushi is a great choice. Just make sure to arrive hungry, as the all-you-can-eat option allows you to truly relish in the wide array of flavors and leave with a contented, full belly."

"I have to admit that when my husband and I started eating at this restaurant we LOVED it. We visited at least twice a month for about 2 years. I even took business clients to lunch here on several occasions. The food and service was always good. Then about a month ago we received the most disgusting plate of sushi I have ever tasted and we have encountered a lot of bad sushi in Phoenix. The seaweed was so chewy we had to pull it out of our mouths...it felt like it was going to go down in one long, slimy string and gag us. We tried and tried to eat it but after 3 bites...we decided it was just too wrong to choke $50.00 worth of sushi down and not say anything. The waitress asked us if we were okay and we explained why we had not eaten our meal. She asked if we wanted to take it home and we both agreed neither of us wanted to taste it again and asked for the manager. The waitress took our food away before she sent the manager over. The first thing the manager said was that she had tasted the seaweed and found nothing wrong with it! She also said we were the only ones to have complained that day and that there was nothing she could do for us. She gave us our bill and obviously was not going to offer any consolation. I rarely complain about my food at any restaurant but this sushi was intolerable. I've never heard of a manager just telling you that she disagreed with you and handing you the bill. She didn't even offer to make us another dish. I wonder if it would be the same if they served you stinky sashimi or moldy oranges. We both left there so sad that we would no longer be able to visit one of our favorite restaurants...we can't afford to gamble on getting a bad meal, paying $50 for it, and still going home hungry. Sad, sad, sad that what was probably $20.00 worth of food to them was not worth saving our frequent business. I have been to other Sakana restaurants in the valley and may go to them again but will NEVER visit this location again."
