"This was a new place for a us, a group of eight. We found the accommodation very good, the service and the food excellent and reasonably priced. Amazingly, in a large room with several tables of diners, we were able to carry on conversations with our whole table without raising our voices! Very good wine list, a range of prices mix of familiar and wines not known to us. Happy hour wines by the glass are all half price. Cocktails $3.50up. A hummus appetizer plate was excellent. My beef empanadas were good, and my wife, who is vegetarian said her veggie burger and sweet potato fries were the best she’s had in a restaurant in Kansas City. The rest of the menu choices of the group were very satisfactory to everyone. Service was excellent from a pleasant, efficient, prompt waitress. New to us today, but it will be on our regular happy hour/ dinner out list now."
