"A May 2022 visit, about 13:45 we arrived. We were told 'we close at 14:00, we said okay and we 're turning around to leave but she said come on in '! I said thank you! Empty we were seated at a nice table by the window looking towards Poinsett. The water menus came and later so did the waiter. Whom I believe to be one of the owners. He asked if we had been here before and we said no he explained 'we 're from California '! 'We have a large garden and grow our own vegetables, etc! ' I asked for a coke and surprisingly he said 'we don 't have carbonated drinks '. I knew my wife was hungry, so no debate I ordered a water, without carbonation. Honestly I do not remember what my wife ordered (something leafy) but I ordered a $21.00 Burger and asked for fries but they do not serve fries they have something like homemade vegetable chips not bad, but fries are better. I was impressed with the Burger, it had great flavor, but the the lettuce was a bit earthy. All in all a good experience if you don 't mind paying $60 and change for a Burger, salad, and a wonderful Tres Leches for desert. Cheers!"
