"I was really excited to Get the two different bowls that I had ordered one had pineapple coconut, and a coconut base with banana and then the other bowl Was the Nutter butter bowl With a bunch of add-ons. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have received a bowl that was drowning in base. I’m really disappointed. I was really looking forward to eating this healthy snack after my work out and it’s just completely soaked in the pitsya base. I’m usually able to leave notes when I check out at checkout and This particular time I was unable to for some reason. I really was hoping that somebody would reach out to me to try to fix this problem since I ordered through Uber Eats and it’s super expensive with all of the charges and service fees and delivery charges and of course I always tip the drivers 20% because I know that nobody else is taking care of them! I would just appreciate if someone could reach out to me to hopefully resolve this issue and then I can reevaluate my review and edit it. I tried to call, but there is no way for a customer to leave a voicemail unfortunately. DoorDash is expensive and was just looking for someone to make the situation right since I order twice a week. don’t get me wrong. I love the bowls from here…. but they are normally presented much better and are not drowning in the base!"
