"we were at the airport dallas love on our next flight when we decided to get a coffee. the next was dunkin donuts where they immediately said, no we have no crash more we went a little further and found la madelaine that we noticed was ready to close. we asked Jason the participant if he had a decaf and he said no, but he would burn fresh. in the meantime we ordered some baked and enjoyed them thoroughly with our decaf coffee. we were impressed by jason's attitude. service about expectation and with a smile! and while you take care of the last minute details of closing the caffe! away, jason to go! we need more people like them in the service industry!"

"Don't really understand something. Used to if you ordered the chicken Caesar salad, they would put the balsamic marinated chicken on it, like you would find on their sandwiches, ie the chicken Parisian sandwich. I've been twice now and asked for that chicken on my salad. Both times they give me flavorless cold chicken. It's literally not the same. Plus I asked specifically for the other kind. Why has this changed?"

"Late breakfast, i desired a different dining experience, la Madeleine was today choice. Amazingly brick building with arched entrance, opened door, to a warm, invitingly fireplace a blazed, dark dining room seating and tables, European feel, spacious and natural light, Delicious desserts in a display case, I want one of each, purchased 3 heart shaped cookies. Shelves held jarred foods to be added, home cooking. Ala carte, choices of crispy salads, various soups, all day breakfast, fountain drinks, juices, milk and sparkling water. I ordered a breakfast sandwich at the register, egg, bacon, cheese on warm croissant. First bite was marvelously light, not a heavy meal, I enjoyed immensely. Delighted, I have discovered a new pleasing dining experience with planning many returns."

"I ordered two chicken Cesar sandwiches and mine came out perfect but my boyfriend’s was missing chicken. He didn’t even notice it, though. A couple minutes later an employee comes out and asks if it was missing chicken. My boyfriend is not the type to return food as he dislikes being wasteful so he thanked them for their concern but declined the free replacement they offered. Nonetheless, they still gave us a free dessert, a free entire baguette, and another free chicken Cesar sandwich without us asking. The customer service here is great and the food was just as amazing."

"This is a perfect place for you if you love mediocre food and unbelievably terrible customer service. It took 25 minutes for 2 coffees to come in which it was obvious they sat outside for a while before we received them. We also have to complain loudly to the kitchen area staff about taking orders in front of customers, along with unprofessional conversations. I was excited to try this place but was very disappointed."

"My daughter and I decided to stop and check this place, our first time went on a whim. Going in everyone seems upset that we came in, they stumbled. Our reception says 8:24 and they close at 10 o'clock. The cashier had a very strange smirk on her face, my daughter said to her “Berry it is our first time here”, no change to her smirk. We paid, went to the self-help soda station, we both poured a soda, we both poured it out. The soda station was absolutely disgusting (pictures) the place smelled like pee. The table we looked at felt like he hadn't been washed for months. It was in a sticky size (pictures) my daughter went back to ask for him “to go,” we came home to eat. I had ordered the Croque Monsieur and my daughter that the creamy pasta mine tasted as if it were a sponge they tried to rehydrate - absolutely rough. This place was terrible."

"Worst customer service!!! Ordered a chicken Caesar sandwich and got a chicken salad sandwich. I kept quiet. No big deal. Then I went to order 4 pains au chocolat and 3 Nutella muffins. I saw a little sign in front of the Nutella muffin so I assumed it was that. After paying for everything, the grumpy cashier don’t give me my order but is checking someone else. While I am waiting, the customers after me, get their order, and I am still waiting. For the cushier to tell me then that they are out of Nutella muffin after she charged me. No apologies, nothing. At least the manager was nice enough. But we are not coming back here. From Preston Road which is supposed to be a good area, it looked like a very low budget La Madeleine."

"Great atmosphere, great customer service. The lady at the register who I’m guessing is the owner was the sweetest. She blessed us with a couple treats just for having us waiting a bit which we didn’t mind as we admired their delicious desserts. We will def be back to dine in. I def recommend 10/10"

"Overpriced for what you get. Two of us ordered spaghetti cacio e pepe. One arrived creamy. The other was dry. The carbonara was meh; we've had much better. Foccacia was good. On the whole, it was disappointing for an establishment that is all about Italian food. That being said, I would recommend the place, with certain caveats."

"So many changes since I last visited. Now they have metal covers over the salad, so you can 't see the salad you can order from, and they claim it 's to keep the food colder . Really? Use ice as you did before. People want to see what they are purchasingand see the salad as you mix in the salad dressing, and these covers make it impossible. Their small salads are so small now,they 're listed as petite on the sales receipt (aptly named). And they are piled so it would be impossible to eat withoutknocking food onto the table you have to transfer it to a larger plate. There 's No more side bread available, you 'll need toask for it and there 's only one option soft French bread. Management is indifferent to any concerns."

"I had a great first experience at La Madeleine. Originally, I planned on getting breakfast food, but after looking at the menu, I was really craving their famous tomato soup and pasta. It did not disappoint! My husband stuck with breakfast food and ordered the cinnamon roll French toast, which he also enjoyed. The French bread was amazing and the tomato soup was exceptional. The girl who checked us out and served us was very sweet and had a great smile and attitude. She even let me try the tomato soup before ordering, which was greatly appreciated. "First time stopping in. Wasn't sure what to expect. My breakfast was cooked exactly as I had asked. Produce was fresh. My croissant was flaky and soft on the inside. Great atmosphere. The only negative things was I sat down and had no clue I was suppose to grab silverware from the drink counter. The gentleman at the register should have said here is your number silverware is to your left and sit wherever you like. I got handed a number and asked if I wanted my receipt. It wasn't busy and there was no customer behind me in line. Could have been more helpful. Over all 5 stars though ????. Had a great breakfast at a good price. Will stop in again when im in town."

"The restaurant features a spacious layout with modern decor. While there is no parking on-site, you can find nearby options within a short walking distance. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. There is plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. We sampled a variety of pastries and enjoyed a warm sandwich, all of which were excellent. I highly recommend this establishment."
