"I have never witnessed a more disrespectful manager in my life, especially one who is supposed to be overseeing the front counter. The line stretched all the way out into the street, with customers waiting to exit. Meanwhile, the manager was yelling at the staff. One employee was sitting in the lobby with her child, who was distracted playing on a phone, while the manager made excuses for her absence. The situation escalated to the point where employees began shouting at each other. This chaotic scene seems to occur every time we visit. They really need to bring in a different manager—ASAP!"
