"Rude customer service. Sat there looking at a menu. Had to get the attention of a guy cleaning. Asked him who to place an order with and he said Me but we don 't open until 5. It was 10 minutes until. If I am going to buy $36 steak in a hotel restaurantdon 't turn people away 10 minutes until-that is how service works. I am here all week and after that why would I patronage thisplace?"
