"The wife and I go here occasionally on the weekends for breakfast sandwiches or for a lunch sandwich. Every time we go we are met with rude staff. Today we went to pick up an online order (paid and ready) and she asked if she could get the order. The lady behind the counter said no you can wait on line. So we asked a different employee to kindly get our order. Instead the lady interrupted and said no you can wait on line because you didn't leave a tip and walked away. We always leave our tips in cash for the employees instead of through apps. Needless to say we will no longer go here. Unprofessional. Rude. And prices are high for mediocre service."

"My friend recommended this place after he wasn't in the area for a long time. I have the Kennedy Special. (Sausage, bacon, eggs and cream cheese. On your choice bread) Also a 10/10. It was roasted. Try Bagel Zone."

"I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and was disappointed to find that both only had one egg on them. Most, if not all breakfast sandwiches and breakfast sandwiches with two eggs are standard. Please do not charge the same price for a sandwich with fewer ingredients."

"So I go in there for the first time, with my service dog. I called them first as I always do so they know I have a service dog but they don't answer the phone. Everyone was very nice and friendly and then I get told that they don't allow dogs. Of course. So I told them she is a service dog. They complain she doesn't have a vest. Really? I don't need a vest for her and a vest doesn't have any authority. My papers have authority. I could literally write service dog on a tee shirt and put it on her … – show"
