"This was my first time eating at Bob Evans. Bad first impression, below average food. I won’t be going back. Our waitress came across as uninterested in us and appeared to be sick, she was sniffling while taking our order, she also forgot an item and has to be reminded. "As always great food and awesome service. Our family always love to come here as it is my mom’s favorite restaurant. The complimentary breads are awesome. Most of our family do enjoy their complimentary banana bread the best. Almost everyone has tried and loved their honey butter chicken breasts while the kids their little piggy hotcakes."

"Horrible! FILTHY RESTAURANT. A $49.00 Train Wreck. Waited 45 minutes for 3 meals. 1. Chicken dry and not hot. Mashed potatoes not hot. (How is Fried chicken and mashed potatoes not hot? 2. "We sit pretty fast, even our drinks fast. Then we only saw our server when our food came. She never checked again whether someone needed anything or a refill of my son's sausage was burned when he tried to cut it, he couldn't. When we said something, she would make him more. When they came, we were ready to go. It wasn't even busy, so I'm not sure what the problem was. I'm staying with Bob Evans in my town."

"We wanted fried chicken for Labor Day. We got three of the two breast dinners. One was all gristle and basically inedible, mine was dark and almost burnt, the other was almost raw. The new sweet potato chunks were dry, some almost desiccated and others singed and burnt. NO seasoning. Bleh."

"The kitchen staff and management needs to get it together. Our server, Mary, was running her butt off but she can only do so much. Also, the management kept moving her service area around. I could hear Mary trying to direct the kitchen so she could get food to her customers. Waiting an hour for food is unacceptable. Mary's hard work is the ONLY reason we did not walk out. GET IT TOGETHER!!"

"Ordered the new Thanksgiving sandwich and they forgot the pickles and gravy. The waitress argued it didn't come with that, but she would get me some if I wanted it. Heard her complain to another employee and they told her it did come with it. She never apologized for her attitude and I never got my pickles. When I went to check out there was a line while they tried to find someone with the card to operate the register. Service has gotten terrible at this location."

"I waited in line for 45 min.s w 2 small parties in front of me. Parking lot was sparse. The coffee was old and cold.. My western omelet had 1/2 chunks of peppers and onions…not cooked in it at all and the omelet was cold. Nothing was edible and the manager did nothing. I rarely eat out. It's supposed to be a treat. Sad state of affairs when a manager doesn't fix Everything wrong…and I'm usually the last one to complain. Disappointed and beyond"

"Terrible. I arrived 12 minutes before the email requested and my order was ready…which meant it was ridiculously cold when we got to the hotel. My burger was dry no toppings after I made a request with extra Maya. The French fries were cold and still like they were a week old."

"Our waitress was fantastic. My wife and I ordered breakfast, and she ordered extra crispy bacon. When it came the waitress, as soon as she set it down, noticed the bacon wasn't even crispy.
