"Usually it is fine , but last night we went and got our drinks and fries but an hour later our food still did not come.. we called it then, paid for drinks and fries and left.. the waitress kept telling us the kitchen was backed up... we had cheese steak from Vincent’s inside Ppl center and it was great.."
