"I and my mother made a few family ties (watch them go shopping and help her move). We decided to go to lunch and were led to heart 8 BBQ unit, my mother saw the shield to Bayou Jack's Cajun Grill. This was my first time at this facility. When we got into the door, it was a bit slow, but immediately sat. I told my mother that I hope this place is not disappointed at all because I was really hungry and I'm kind of picky what I eat. This place is AAA in my book and in my opinion is the best place to repeat. This guy here is a very happy cartridge. The waitress who served us was very professional and did not try to force us to order everything we did not want. So the waitress asked what we wanted, so we ordered the red pepper crustfish Bisk, the Gator Nuggets, and the huge plate of Brisket nachos w/pickled jalapenos, the 8oz steak with sides, and the shrimps and catfish plate. We ordered food that is easy to make and serve, and if it was boiled incorrectly and served cold, you would know. This place by far buds my taste buds after eating the nachos, the Bisk, and gator Nuggets. The food content was phenomenal and I can tell you now that I found a new place to eat permanently. The waitress who served us got a huge tip from both of us. From the Bayou Jack's Cajun Grill for food and excellent customer service. Now I have read all the reviews before my that contain all the negative reviews. All I can say is that people working in the food service industry are catching a lot of flakes by self-authorized people. Do not trust anyone you read and make your own decisions. I really enjoyed my experience full and will return."
