"I have mistakenly ordered the wrong John's Best when I used Slice and both John's Best locations don't work with me to transfer the order. I was 45 minutes away from the place that received my order, while the one I physically showed refused to accept the order. Slice would either not reverse the order or give me the $45. I made the mistake, but I'm shocked how easy it could be repaired, but not. It's a shame because John's Best was my family's favorite pizza in the area and I spent hundreds of dollars there in the past, although they never get our business again, because customer service is obviously not a priority."
