"The young woman at the front counter was very rude and unprofessional. I do love the bread at this restaurant, but after this experience, I will never be returning. I went in today to buy bread, and when I asked for some, she told me they only had one left. I explained that I really needed it for guests, and she told me they had bread from yesterday that I could have instead. I reluctantly agreed to take the last loaf. However, before I paid, a man came in and asked for bread, and she immediately gave him two loaves. I asked if he had ordered them, and she said no. When I questioned why she had told me they only had one loaf left, she rudely replied that others needed to eat as well. It was clear she did not understand that orders are typically fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis unless a prior order has been made. To make matters worse, she ended up charging me for two loaves of bread instead of just one."
