"I've been here several times for dinner since I often stay at the Del Monte hotel. The food is usually very good and consistent. Last night's was mediocre. They were out of scallops and the salmon entree, so I ordered the off menu special red snapper. It looked beautiful, but it was served so fast I should've suspected something. The fish was dry and crusty, as if it'd been cooked before and just re heated for me. The embellishments were delicious, but I expect better for $40. Very disappointed. I regret not telling the very courteous waiter... I hope this never happens to anyone again here."
