"Although I have visited this location in the past, it is worth coming back to. Attention to detail take a special server, this didn 't pass the muster. In the pass 10 years of my life, there is a short of servers that remembered a simple request. 'Could you please serve, my milk at the time of my meal '. They give a yes but never bring it til well after I ask for it. It is tiresome. No 5 stars. But the meal is passable."

"I'm coming to brightwaters deli, but I'm done now. in recent years the pricing has completely overpriced for base-deli sandwiches. it is laughing how much their sandwiches cost. especially if you consider that you cannot get a simple order right. So they pay 2x the price of a normal Deli sandwich and more than 1/2 of the time it is not even the right order. Previously I was the best place to get a sandwich, now I travel 15 minutes to get a sandwich at gemelli in Babylon."

"Really wanted to try some ashkenazi food and this place popped up. Really sweet staff and waitress.The food was great and large portions. I got the half soup half sandwich combo with matzo ball soup and pastrami. I liked the toasted bagels and pickles as sides. Would def come back."

"got a Cuban thru door dash,the taste was great, main issue was that it was a ham sandwich lol,no black forest ham, no fresh ham just regular ham and no mustard on it either.I mention door dash because maybe they couldn't reach us to tell us they were out of the ingredients needed to and they did their best to accommodate the order?so don't want to completely knock them because it was still a good panini just not what i ordered and now I'm upset cause i half don't want to ever order from them because of it but at the same time it was really good so if made correctly i have no doubt it would've been quite good."

"While staying at the Embassy Suits up the road I looking for a convenience store to pick up some contact solution. I figured I'd find something in walking distance so off I went! Well, I didn't luck out with that but I stumbled upon this awesome deli. I ordered a simple sandwich for dinner and it was perfect; exactly what I was looking for. The neatest part was that the staff thanked me by name as I left. Sure, they asked for it when I placed the order, but I was so enamored that they provided such sincere customer service. 10/10, so glad I stumbled on this shop on foot because I probably would have missed if I were driving."

"While last Thursday, 25 March, at 7:05 P M The two servers turned off the lights. The door indicated online opened up to 8:00 P M. This is a shame after being a loyal customer for more than 25 years. I am pleased to hear that a new New York deli opens on the Brighton corner Ocean Avenue where the new shops are built next to the band.. Another lost customer added to the stack!"

"I have been coming here for yearssss when working in the area. They have so many amazing dishes and specialty sandwiches all made to order. I have tried a few and it 's always hard to choose which to order! Super fresh ingredients and solid portion sizes here. Depending on time of day it does gets pretty busy and crowded here between new in store orders, people picking up...including deliveries and folks dining in also.
