"I want to start off by saying that I love the BonChon chain I've eaten from several locations, but I usually eat from this location and the one in NYC on John St. due to their locations. Their Korean Fried Chicken got me hooked and I find myself craving for their soy garlic wings all the time. This location is pretty slow but I am willing to overlook the wait because the reward is so pleasurable. And I guess the pricing can be reasonable. But if I am paying these prices, waiting 30 minutes for my one order of wings and Bi Bim Bop Rice Bowl, I don't want to go home and then see that there's a long strand of hair in my food! Blech. I will just stick to the John St. location, I guess.."

"I love Bonchon but this location in specific is like the bodega version of Bonchon. The food is always subpar compared to other locations and even the drumsticks feel scrawny compared to other locations which is so weird since the supplier should be the same. I don't know how someone makes Bonchon taste worse when it's such a popular chicken but this specific location manages to. The service is also just non-existent. During my last pick up order there was no one at the register because the cashier was chatting in the back with the staff in order to hide from angry customers due long wait times for the food. It's completely unmanaged over there. I would suggest go the extra distance if possible for a better bonchon location unless you need that fix and cannot afford the time. I hope this one day isn't like this"
