"I've been to this location before and it was great but so disappointed in my visit today. I ordered online for a 12:15 pickup (for my work break) and got a text at 11:44 informing me it was ready. Upon arrival I asked if they could remake my poutine that had been sitting for 30 minutes, as I was fine just reheating the chicken at that point. I was told it was hot and I could feel the food.. On principle I don't argue with someone preparing my food so I just took the lukewarm fries to throw away and left. What a disappointing experience"

"First timer. Wonderful 8 Piece-Half and Half Boneless and Bone-in) with teriyaki for the boneless& Parmesan garlic for the bone-in. FYI Wings not large; both types crispy and cooked through. Parmesan garlic was garlicky- although normally order plain, and these were good. The fried okra were crispy and little to no seasoning but the Parmesan garlic had enough to make up. Large portion of okra. Got 20% discount card because they only had strawberry smoothie vs. strawberry/banana. Delicious my very first Smoothies experience). Will try again!"
