"Did not live up to the expectations or standards. Have previously dined here and had an excellent experience but not the case this time. I understand it was Valentine's weekend but the restaurant was not full and the fact that you had to put a $50 deposit with your reservation would have on thinking the restaurant knew the number of covers for the night. The service was very poor. Very disorganized and no clear direction. The food was okay mostly because by the time it arrived it was warm at best. Don't think I will return as there are many great restaurants in the area. This is disappointing as I have recommended several people to this restaurant."

"The guy who runs this place needs to hire another worker. You wait far too long to place an order and you wait a long time to pick it up while it's sitting behind the counter getting cold. Lately I've felt the ingredients have gotten skimpy and the last time I walked in there was a horrific burnt cheese smell with the guy nowhere to be found until I just walked out a few minutes later. I won't be back."
