"The supplier was apologetic, but when I called Stefano's Corte Madera, the manager stated that they would need to return the ruined pizza before sending a replacement, which would take another 45 minutes to an hour. By this point, it had been 2 hours since we placed our order, so I asked if we could receive a discount or refund. The manager refused and said we would have to wait for the replacement pizza to arrive before making a decision. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service, the manager abruptly agreed to provide a refund and promptly hung up.
Due to this negative experience and poor customer service, we will not be ordering from Stefano's again. It's important for businesses to handle difficult situations with care and respect, which was lacking in this case."
