"The restaurant experience was extremely unprofessional and unethical. Two girls were standing next to the register, seemingly only concerned with earning a good rating. We ordered desi kitchen for the adults and zinger burgers and other items for the children. The starters arrived promptly after 15 minutes, but the main course was significantly delayed without any explanation. After finishing our meal, we inquired about our burgers and were told they were not available. The children were disappointed and ended up only having a few fries. We were then informed of an 18% courtesy fee, costing us around $25. When it came time to pay, we were told the card machine was not working and had to pay in cash. Luckily, we had cash on hand, but it would have been helpful to receive prior notice about the payment situation."
