"My wife ordered 3 chicken tenders, I ordered an all American Cheese Burger. My burger arrived 20 minutes after ordering, my wife's tenders took another 25 minutes. I watched a table of 3 that arrived and ordered before we did. One of their burgers arrived after mine did. 2 of the others did not arrive until after the first customer finished eating his. The wait staff cannot deliver faster than the kitchen prepares an order. The only reason I gave a 3 was because the food was very tasty. It is obvious to me that the kitchen is poorly organized and can only cook one order at a time. This was our second visit in one month. High marks to the waitresses but...?"

"the best place to have wings to choose many options on sauces. I love the chicken buffalitos. I usually order wing extra wet, at this place I felt that the extra wet is too much saucy in the ground overwhelming my taste buds with sauce. I would recommend not go with extra wet and ask the sauces on the side instead."

"So often national chains are disappointing, but every experience I have had at this BWW is so refreshing and satisfying. Great service and great bar food that comes out hot and as-advertised. I drive past a local wing place for bww every time and would put their burgers up against any at a similar price point in the area. Waiters are great with young kids. In many trips here, my only knocks might be that the atmosphere is very loud and they have not had the unique beers on their table insert menu."

"I placed an order to go. The young man at the front was really busy. He was the only one up front so he was the host as well as the to go orders. He was very pleasant tried to accommodate everyone. As I waited two different families came in left while this young man was in the back collecting to-go orders. This was a Wednesday night about 7pm. He was amazing, especially considering the pressure he must have felt. He stayed calm, respectful, and pleasant! Kudos to him!!!"
