"Incredible experience. The chef is beyond creative! app of deviled eggs are scrumptious; the heirloom tomatoes, with buratta are not your run of the mill. Had the 60 day dry aged porterhouse, which was spectacular. Great vibe and atmosphere. Our server Zak was excellent. Detail oriented and went out of his way to be sure we had the best experience! Will definitely go back when we return to Napa."

"The food at TORC is fantastic. Even if you think that you do not like a dish or some of the ingredients in it, you should give it a try. With everything we ate the quality and freshness of each individual ingredient, stood out while also getting married together for an incredibly balanced taste. This place is a must when we are in downtown Napa."

"My daughter and I had heard that this restaurant has great food and a wonderful view of Vancouver and it definitely was true on both counts. The wedge salad was a wonderful mix of sweet and salty, the prawn cocktail was perfectly done with a spicy dipping sauce and the served bread was warm and delicious. The service from all people working there was professional and accommodating. The view of the city was beautiful. I will make this restaurant a "must do" on my next visit."
