"My boyfriend and I visited El Camino last night to have a quick drink while we waited for our dinner reservation. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we were astounded by the poor service we experienced. It was 8:00 PM and the place was moderately busy with two bartenders on duty. We sat at the bar for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—not even a simple “we'll be with you shortly.” Both bartenders walked past us multiple times and made eye contact, yet neither said a word. I've had much better service in crowded bars with just one bartender. Frustrated and confused by the lack of attention, we eventually decided to leave. I had previously thought the bar was a bit overpriced, but after this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone."
