"I've been here plenty of times before and always got the garlic salsa pollo but for some reason this is how it looked yesterday. I'm not sure if there's a new chef, but something like this shouldn't have even left the kitchen and for $17 at that. The plantains were burnt and the yuca overcooked or been out all day I couldn't tell all I know is I couldn't chew it, and I wasn't about to lose a tooth over it.
