"I came in just before 6pm and there were only two other parties seated. We ordered shakes and water while we looked at the menu. As the place filled up our server (one of only two working) got distracted and didn't take our order until 620pm. After asking several times about our food, we received it at 7:08pm. The server wanted to close out our ticket, but we still hadn't gotten our shakes. Food was okay, but not enough for me to come back because the service was so bad. BTW, I watched as the manager hid behind the bar and didn't offer any help. Finally cashed out at 7:20pm."
