"I have dined at this restaurant several times and was excited to bring my friend for her first visit. Unfortunately, our experience did not go well and I am disappointed. We sat outside for brunch and I was surprised to find that the mimosa list I had enjoyed on previous visits was no longer available. After placing our order, I received a dish that I did not order, which was then replaced with the correct item after I pointed out the mistake. However, even the corrected dish was not entirely what I had ordered. The server and the cook seemed confused and it took multiple attempts to get the order right. Despite the apologies from the server and the cook, the whole experience felt chaotic and disappointing. We were expecting complimentary drinks or a free dish due to the mix-up, but that did not happen. The cook eventually came out to apologize and offered us a free dessert, though none of us really wanted it. The restaurant is usually well-organized and professional, but on this occasion, it felt like small details were overlooked and the service was chaotic. My food was tasty, but the overall experience was not up to the usual standard. It seemed like there were communication issues at the restaurant that day."
